Analytics
Loops AI captures ecommerce events automatically — connect Google Analytics, Mixpanel, or your own endpoint with zero custom code.
How it works
Loops AI tracks shopper interactions with AI search results — product impressions and product clicks — as canonical ecommerce events. Events flow to the Loops AI backend automatically and, when you connect a provider, to your own analytics destination as well.
- Web (
channel: "web") — events are pushed intowindow.dataLayer, making them available to Google Tag Manager and any tag that reads the data layer. - iOS (
channel: "ios") — events cross the SDK bridge to your iOS app where you route them to your provider SDK or webhook. - Android (
channel: "android") — events cross the SDK bridge to your Android app where you route them to your provider SDK or webhook.
No custom data layer code is required. Canonical events are modelled on GA4 standard ecommerce names, so your existing GTM setup works with zero extra configuration.
Events are pseudonymous: they carry a conversation ID, agent ID, and organization ID — no customer PII and no user-level identifiers. This minimises KVKK/GDPR exposure.
