Setup flow
Open Widget Configurator
Go to your agent and open the widget configurator area.
Generate embed script
Create the script from the Embed tab.
Paste script into your website
Add the script to your site layout so it loads on pages where chat should appear.
Publish and verify
Open your site, send a test message, and confirm replies are working.
Validation checklist
- Chat bubble appears in the expected screen position
- Chat opens and closes correctly
- Test message reaches inbox/conversation view
- Agent reply is visible to end users
