Connect WhatsApp to handle customer conversations in Loops AI.

Before you start

  1. A WhatsApp Business setup path in Meta
  2. Access to your Loops AI agent connections
  3. Permission to manage channels

Setup flow

Open channel connections

Go to the Integrations/Connections area for your agent.

Select WhatsApp

Start the WhatsApp connection flow.

Complete embedded onboarding

Finish the guided Meta authorization flow.

Save and activate

Save settings and switch the channel to active.

Validation checklist

  1. Channel status is active
  2. Incoming WhatsApp messages appear in Loops AI
  3. Replies are delivered successfully
  4. Team can monitor and intervene when needed

Start with one controlled number/account before full rollout.
